14 Day Money Back Guarantee
If you are dissatisfy or changing mind, you may request to return the product(s) within 14 days after your receipt of the product(s). Please send us email before the 14 day return period. Buyer has to be responsible for the returning.
Buyer should ensure to return of the product(s) to us safe and in the original condition received.
The product(s) is not used or damaged.
Refund will be made in 3 days after we receive the product(s) excluding shipping fee.
In case of you are receiving a wrong item or a defected item, customer should report to us within 48 hours after receipt of the goods and sending us pictures of the products by our email.
1 Year Warranty:
This warranty covers labour excluding parts on your product(s) and postage for one year from the day of receival of your product(s). Please contact us and we will provide instructions on how to get your item(s) collected and repaired. A Return Authorization is strictly required before the item may be returned to us for repair. Items will be returned to Hong Kong for repair and sent back to you once repair is complete.
The warranty DOES NOT covered if the following conditions occur:
- Misuse and abuse
- Tampering
- Alterations and modifications
- Damage as a result of accident, liquid, grit, impact or lack of proper care as indicated in the manual of operations
- Removable batteries and damage caused by leakage of those batteries
- Serial number of the model does not match our record
Manufacturer's International Warranty
- If the product you've purchased comes with factory international warranty, you may contact the brand's local repair centre for warranty services.
Insurances:
Our products price does not cover insurances. Angcoshop is not responsible in event the goods are damaged, loss, stolen or any causes that makes it not delivered in the original state it was meant to.
Buyers wishing to insure their goods are advised to contact Angcoshop right away after making the payment to inquiry the additional fee for insurances.
Only by this method will buyers get a full refund or item reshipped.
